My son and I are very happy with Mary and I personally cannot believe how inspired I was selecting her from the several options I had. Aside from perfect pedagogical skills and a wonderful personality, she is highly trained in her field and customizes her tutoring to her student's needs, keeping pace with how these needs evolve. She is also very good at incorporating feedback from the parents and making the students feel good about their performance and progress without "overdoing" it. All in all a perfect match for my 9 year old son who was "stuck in" phonetic spelling and was not able to move on to correct spelling on his own. Mary is very good with children especially with the ADHD kids. She is kind and and my son adores her. She is focused and ready to work with my son as soon as she gets here. I am glad she is challenging for my son because the teacher at school isn't.
